As I wrote this fall, the albies — they saved us. Or, at least, they saved me.
They arrived in prolific numbers, and salvaged what was, up until then, a mediocre to poor saltwater season. Following the photos I posted this fall, I’ve been working on a video of the day. Settling in to the couch, while Juno raged outside, I put together the final edit. It was the perfect antidote: we had an awesome day on a beautiful, clear day, with fish busting all around us.
Check it out – hope it serves as an antidote for you just as it did for me. I can’t wait for them to arrive again in this fall.

Super good short video going for Albies! Looked like a great day on the water.
John: Thanks for the kudos! Glad you liked it. It was a great day out on the water. Can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I ca get back out there. Best, Ben
Saw the video said fall 2015. Tell me where I should be this summer. Just kidding, great video.
Bob: Ha – good catch. Wish I knew!
I could use some of that warm New England weather right about now! Nice video.
